Even if you've never done something like this before, you must be familiar with the Photoshop/PaintShop/GIMP tools involved.

While most of these procedures are excessive and go beyond what will be needed for the Inuyasha raw scans, you must be prepared to do them if the raw quality is lower than usual or if I specifically ask. The "recommendeds" for each week are dirt removal, leveling, and consistency with previous chapters. The "must haves" are text placement.
