The last time we saw Miroku and Sango, Miroku was running away from Sango so she wouldn't be too close when his kazaana blew him away. I expect in the meantime, Naraku has dropped a wall between them.

For the "average 9th grader" question, middle school in Japan covers grades 7,8 and 9.

I think we're looking for a long time before this wraps up. We now have everyone broken into a large number of very small parties, all chasing will-o-the-wisp lights through Naraku as he toys with them. He's going to play it like a cat, get the maximum amount of agony out of each of them before he lets them die. In fact, if anyone dies, it will be a mistake, since he can't mess with them anymore. There will be loads of close calls, angst galore, chance meetings and separations, and so forth, as the gang wanders the labyrinth of Naraku's innards. So, let's all hop on the roller coaster and take that ride!

O.K there are a few things Im confused about a couple of things

1.  Is this Kagome's TRUE spiritual power or is it just the one that she has always had? and if it is her true power was that why Inuyasha was turned back to normal?

2.  Why does Magatsuhi being killed have anything to do with the jewel having a spot of light?  In chapter 530 didnt Naraku say that Magatsuhi no longer had a place inside of the jewel?  And what does Kagome's power have to do with the light?

Hmmm to say 150 years or 200 is a bit.. way off..

He was nailed to a tree by an sacred arrow for 50 years… and some want to say he is around the same age as Kagome (15-17) so 65-67 would be his real age. But give the fact he never aged one bit from being hit to the tree of aegis(sp?) so called the "sacred tree" from Movie 1. im sure he is still around 15-17… if not 18 or so.. but *shrug* 150 – 200 is a bit over doing it.

So based on the Third Movie, which I know isn't canon… When Inuyasha was born and his father died, 200 years passed from then to when Saya had passed through the well. So, Inuyasha would have been about 200- 250 years old, by the time the story started. Takahashi-san says that she tries to make Inuyasha be 15 years old in appearence. Oh well, he is so hot!

Yea, I think that InuYasha kun is 15-17 the one that SenLiten's comment makes sense since Kagome is not any younger or non-exsistent when she passes through the well so it makes sense that he didn't age at all and is about 15-17 and including the years of the tree 65-67, but 200 years is too much. I think that Inuyasha has been around on the earth for about 200 years (including the years he spent pinned to the tree).  This does not mean that he is considered to be that old.  I think that Demons consider their age and how long they have lived to be too entirely different things.

Besides remember that Inuyasha's mother died.  Looking at her she looks to be about late 20's to early 30's.  There's no way she died of natural causes and Inuyasha is only 15-18 years old.  Besides I think we all know that Sesshoumaru is at least 100 years old (I think he is a lot older, more like 250-300)  Do you think Inuyasha would be any where near as strong as Sesshoumaru if he was so much younger?

Lets say Inuyasha is roughly 200 years old.  Subtract 50 for the years he was pinned to a tree.  that makes around 150 years old.  Now lets say that demons and/or half demons age 1 year for every 10.  That puts Inuyasha at a human age of 15 the same age that 'iy is my puppy' said that Rumiko tried to portray inuyasha as

I admit it is possible that InuYasha could be 150 years old. The demons in this story age much slower than humans and he is half demon. So it is possible that his age as a demon is equivalent to that of a 16 year old human boy. I however prefer not to believe this cause if he ages so slowly he would out live everyone (namely Kagome) and that would be sad. Unless he turns human, but I want him to stay a half-demon.

2 questions

1)Does anyone know if this is Kagome's spiritual power that was sealed when she was born?  Or is this the power that she has had since the start of the story?

Remember 'the right wish'?  they said that the jewel could be destroyed if someone made the right wish.  Kikyou said that If the jewel turned Inuyasha into a human then the jewel would be purified and would "cease to exist", so what if that is the right wish? 

So Inuyasha turns into a human, the jewel is destroyed, and he lives as long as Kagome does, and everyone lives happily ever after.  Thats an ending I've been considering since that chapter came out.

For those who want Inuyasha to stay a half demon (myself included)  It has already been proven that a human can turn into a half demon, so that could be one way.  Maybe Midoriko will decide to reward Kagome, by granting her a longer life, because her soul was finally at peace.

It all sounds crazy but in a world of demons, spiritual power, magic jewels, and time travel.  What's the big deal about lengthening someone's life?

Feudalman makes a very good point, it would make alot of sense to go back to that original concept "the right wish".  It would tie things up very nicely and unlike alot of fans I think I would like that ending.  I really don't think Kagome will end up a half demon living in the Feudal era. I could of course be completely wrong about this but, I have a feeling that Takahashi being a woman who is about the same age as I (yes, it's true) probably feels the same way.  I think whatever happens Kagome will end up in her own time with her family and, hopefully, with Inuyasha.
