I don't think the Shikon no Tama will get away with what it wants. Nor am I confident about the second one. If I had to predict between the two, it'd probably be the latter. I wouldn't bet on it, though.

I'm so proud of our dogboy. And I can't wait to see what's going to happen, because whatever happens, it clearly can't come to an end [or a proper end anyways] within at least four or five chapters. Perhaps we will see the rest of the gang again, after all. Well, of course we'll see the rest of the gang, we have to find out what becomes of Sango . . . though we all know Sesshomaru's not going to kill her in any case. I have to say I like had a little fan girl moment at reading that. My heart rate increased thinking about whats going to happen hopefully next week. OMG I can't wait until the part is over or more or less that Inuyasha and Kagome find each other, etc. Man this manga has lasted FOREVER! but as long as Inuyasha and Kagome are together I dont care ^.^        (you dont know how happy and relieved i was when Kikyo finally died. it was sad but i was happy)

and i dont think the jewel wil get its way either inuyasha will save her. I mean he is always saying he will never let anything happen to kagome and then bang someone kidnaps her, or she gets hurt. then he says i will never let anythin happen to you again kagome. so cmon he has to follow through with his promise eventually right and what better time than the end of the series.

I'm really impressed.. I even looked on the first chapters when he tried to kill her… Funny how they ended… When I started my adventure with Inuyasha I  was surprised Kagome even wanted to talk with him not to mention to make him her fried after the nigh when he really tried to kill her. Another unexpected deal was… that Inuyasha really quickly for me started to like (very much) Kagome, when he turned into human in the first place, the same goes to Kagome… how she quickly started to care about him. My face looked like that : O_o when Kagome declared her love, so directly, but of course it was positive shock. Earlier I read Ranma, this thing main characters always tried to hide.
 

 That's  why for me that what Inu said, was a really big deal, But I'm of course lovin' it. And it showing that they are really meant to each other…
I actually didn't suspect he would say this things so loudly… I love this guy's character, he is simple minded, and really like to act sometimes 'selfish'(That's mine! She's not yours whimpy wolf!), but… that why he is so amazing.

I like this kind of surprises, and how about you?

Well, the meaning is the same.

And he told it youkai, not to Kagome. But earlier he also said something which was similar in meaning, like 'I'll always be with you', or ' I'll protect you with my life' etc.

We all knew what he was talking about. But this time, he told what is his point of view, in very pointed way > Kagome is for him, He is for Kagome.

And my shock was, that he really said that. But I'm happy can't deny ;P

Ok thank you razzamatazz. I know, right? Kikyo needed to die. I mean she wasnt that bad but c'mon guys, she was a walking dead person. One day she had to die for reals and not come back. she wasnt supposed to be alive anymore so it was for the best. David Milenio, she cant come back. Kikyo is dead and her spirit is passed. Sorry. She aint comin back. Wether Kagome and Inuyasha end up together.

Sometimes i really don't see any logic in others comments. 

1. Why would kikyo come back? It was already said, that her soul was saved, and won't suffer anymore. It was really her end. I really  like Kaede reactions, sad yet also glad that her sister come back to the place she supposed to be – alterlife. She told Inuyasha that thy won't end up together, there is no chance for it.

2. Why Kagome has to die? I don't let a damn thing about that. Kagome has to be alive for Inuyasha, the dead one was Kikyo. After so many chapters I've seen, and twisted which passed I'm sure, she won't die, even for a second. KAgome is someone who will always somehow be saved, because she had lot of occasions in the past to be killed. Kagome death even for a second would seriously wound Inuyasha.

3. You have blood- on Kagome's arm -,-  > Of course I know what you were meaning but it still somehow stupid, do blood somehow make thigs better? I don't think so. Here is battle of souls not the battle for knifes or anything, were blood would be everywhere. I that much you want to see it, then go to the second duel Inu with Sesshomaru.

4- I don't think Inuyasha NOW realized about his relationship with Kagome. It was way earlier. But when Kikyo appeared I think he was in uncomfortable state, cause many thigs were resolved and he started to feel guilty fof Kikyo's death. I think all his moves which also hurt Kagome was because he wanted to compensate himself towards Kikyo.

I actually thought of those endings the other way. The "only for a little while" was actually mistranslated.

As for Urusei's ending, I really liked it. I don't really know why. I guess because I knew that Ataru would never change. He's very much different from Ranma and Inuyasha (who are both very similar)

I guess what I wanted to point out was the possibility that Kagome and Inuyasha will appear on the last panel running side by side, just like in Ranma ½ and UY. Although both couples appear wearing their school uniforms, so it'd be kind of weird seeing Inuyasha in a school uniform.

If Naraku's soul is " OK " (and I think so), he can take another (else) body for sure !!!!

It's looks like it is time for the final upgrade of the tessaiga. Which I thing will be the upgrade of the dragon scales. Because inside of  the shikon no tama Inuyasha can't use his meidou technique, and the kaze no kizu or the kongoseki are useless againts the jewel. But they have to beat it, I this is the only way. Kagome I think is going to use the arrow which is  pierced the jewel, and inu is going to find out the ultimate secret of the dragon scales, and tessaiga than truely become the ultimate weapon. And I think Naraku is needn't to come back because the tama has enought youkai to sacrifice in the ultimate and the truely final battle, the battle between souls. So it is time to lay back and enjoy the final and battle, what are we waiting for more than 10 years.

I just read the chapter at OneManga, and I know this sounds crazy, but what if the Shikon no Tama's "voice" is really Midoriko? You know how it kept asking, "So you will stay here?" and "What is your wish?". It seems that it could be one of two things, 1: Midoriko is testing Kagome to see if she will make the right wish or not, but I don't think that one is really it, so in that case I present idea 2: Midoriko is trying to get Kagome to make the selfish wish so that Kagome will take her place so that she can move on. I know "Midoriko was a great Miko and wouldn't ever want something like that!" But remember that she has been battling for centuries against youkai and now she finally has a chance out. The whole "spiritual person falling to the 'dark side'" happened before with the Monk who was supposed to have become a living Buddha for the people in the Mt. Hakurei arc, so I think it is plausible. Then again, I don't have the slightest idea what is flying around in RT's head, so I am probably wrong.
