It's a pretty! come on men! you did show us super moryoumaru armor, kagami's  monster… I really want to see him! just because o magatsuhi is a weird and interesting character as well.

yeah!, that's right, and speaking of that, the first time of the opening theme and the last seconds when kagome and inuyasha shake their hands (final chapter manga) i don't think they'll change it.
May be, just a little images… 'cuz is just around few seconds…

Hi Starks,

Some time ago (ages really) I think you once posted an image of Inu no Taisho that was done by R. Takahashi.  As I recall, it was small, but very recognizably in her hand.  Am I barking mad, or were you indeed the secondary source of that image?  Again, as I recall, the image was scanned from a Japanese magazine.  If you were indeed the one who had once posted it, is there any chance at all that you could repost it or email it to me?  It's been bugging me for some time now, and I can't seem to locate my file copy of it on my InuYasha external drive.  (Too many screencaps.)

Aside from Rumikos suggestions to the Movie 3 staff as to what he should look like, there is no official art of the Inu no Taishou. I don't dispute your claim, but I don't know of any photo of Rumiko with an InT doodle.

If I at some point scanned such an image from Shonen Sunday or other magazine and posted it somewhere, I no longer have said image or original.

I think I saw this drawing or a similar one in the extras on the dvd for the 3rd movie too (the section w/various character sketches).  Don't know if Rumiko did it or not.

Came from a magazine article about the third movie.  The snippit of text below it that can be seen says "Sensei's own drawing", and it's undoubtably Takahashi's style.  Note that her design lacked the third sword.

Hey Starks, do you think sunrise will do the scene of Inu and Kagome (almost) kiss ?? I mean that perfect scene of romance  Rumico has created on her manga.
I think that if is cut out of this weekly episode, will be made for episode 17. (yeah, when Inu goes to kagome's bedroom and he explains her what kaede thinks about the shikon no tama. I mean when Inu says to her "the only thing which could seal your real spiritual powers is the shikon no tama itself."… may be they'll put there the scene of the kiss….

Hi Starks,

Thanks for responding to my query regarding the image of InT.  I will continue to scour my drive for it.  I know I have it here somewhere, it's just going to take awhile.  The image is small but unmistakeably drawn by RT.  I remember being overjoyed at finding it since it meant that at long last I could say that his "look" was indeed canon (as much as "canon" is canon….)  Someday, when I turn it up, I will remember to come back here and send you a copy of it.  At the very least, I'd like your opinion of it.

The time delay is because I have literally thousands of IY images on an external book drive and they are a bit scrambled since I moved them through two other computers that have since died.  I'll get there eventually.
 
BTW, did you happen to notice that Adult Swim is showing commercials for InuYasha again?  They're advertising showing the eps Monday thru Wednesday late at night.  I have to hand it to them.  They've not stopped showing InuYasha at all during all these years I've been watching.  It's been on at screwy times in the wee hours, but it's always been there.  Interesting that they're advertising it again….  Wonder if they will be bucking for the broadcast rights here of the new eps…
